Miss Black General

One of the high ranking members of the villainous secret organization RX, Black General is a blonde, eccentric young woman somewhere in her 20s. While she has no superpowers to speak of, her strong will and unstoppable personality make her a formidable foe for any hero. Especially Braveman, the hero of the story who, consequently, Black General has the biggest crush on. Though, most of her passes toward the hero come off as either very annoying or very perverted. She likes high-sfx hero movies (and Braveman, of course), and dislikes monsters and tentacles.
