Blanc (Ultra Dimension)

Ultra Dimension Blanc, aka Blanc From There, or simply just Blanc, is the CPU of Lowee in the Ultra Dimension. She made her first appearance in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory and has since only shown up in its remake and various non-canon spinoffs. In no appearances are her and her Hyper Dimension counterpart both playable. UD Blanc is a calm, quiet, and somber girl with a very short fuse. Like the other CPUs of the Ultra Dimension, her personality can be seen as an exaggeration of her Hyper Dimension counterpart. They are similar, but different enough to warrant being considered separate characters. She is much more shy and deadpan than HD Blanc, but she also gets upset way easier - especially when she is the subject of being made fun of for her chest. In addition, since she does not have a CPU Candidate, she doesn't really have that "motherly" side that HD Blanc does. In the Ultra Dimension, Blanc is stated to be much older than her fellow CPUs, and was the only CPU in Gamindustri for a long time following the Great Crash. As such, in addition to generally being more mature than the rest, she takes on a style reminiscent of traditional Japan. She wears a shrine maiden skirt to match the atmosphere of her Basilicom as well as the autumn vibe of her nation.
