Cecil Epps

Cecil Epps is the Coroner of the San-Teresa City Police Department and also Kei Matoba Ex-Girlfriend. Cecil has short brown hair and blue eyes. She wears no rimmed glasses, a white lab coat over a green sweater, a thin brown belt, a short brown skirt, pink pantyhose, and teal colored shoes. She also wears a golden necklace with an amethyst on it. Cecil is a logical thinker, as well as a soft-spoken debonair. She has shown to still worry about Kei even though they’re not in a formal relationship any longer.
