Commerson's Dolphin

Commerson’s Dolphin has bright blue eyes and black and white hair. On the top of her head is a black dorsal fin, with a white stripe underneath it. Underneath the stripe is another black section of hair, with two fins on the sides of her head and a blowhole. The rest of her short hair is white. She has a black fluked tail with white on the bottom. Her shirt is mostly white, black at the sleeves and curving down in a stripe to just above her stomach. She wears white shorts and a small skirt-like frill of white fabric, white ankle socks and split front black boots that are barely shorter than her socks. Her accessories are a black necklace with a white pendant and an oversized red and white striped bracelet.
