Cookie the Clown

An unhinged performance clown forced to abandon her old life and escape into the sewer systems beneath Blackfall. ​ Clowns are not a very common sight within Blackfall, but criminal activity and notorious killers have always found a home within the haunted woodlands. Cookie (Hailey Torres) is one deranged woman who stalks the lower levels of the Blackfall lands, hiding from the law and perfecting her act as a performing clown. Her obsession with clowns and finding true love has kept her in trouble with authorities for a long time. ​ ​ Type: Human (Clown)
