Lumen is a will-o'-the-wisp succubus that works with Lux, Nito, Candela and Lambert at the "Seed y Light", formerly "Seed for Thy Light", a will-o'-the-wisp's brothel in the Succubus District. She, like all other will-o'-the-wisps, has a brilliant light that blocks the view of all the good bits of her body, a light that, like the others, she can't move or dim, an inconvenient that is not liked by everyone. According to a research by the Great Mage Demia, the location and shape of these lights varies based on changes in the world line axis. She's quite popular among the customers as well.
