She's shown to be carrying a baby cell on her chest. Megakaryocyte's somewhat of a harsh commander to the platelets. She criticizes them and bribes them with medals to get them to accomplish a difficult task. However, it is shown that she cares about them when she encourages them and when she rewards them after a success.
