Misaya Reiroukan

"I wanted to summon a Hero who was killed by a woman. That way he would know how scary a woman can be." Misaya is the archetype version of Rin Tohsaka. She is a noblewoman and a sadist; proud, elegant, cruel and calculative. Misaya is the Master of Lancer in Fate/Prototype, and holds the position as the Second Rank Master (Cherubim) of the Holy Grail War. Her Command Seals are located on the back of her neck. It's said that as a magus Misaya has the abilities of rune magecraft, black magic and all sorts of summoning spells, as well as demonstrating the capacity to seal Lancer's Gae Bolg.
