Mitsuru Kirijo

Mitsuru Kirijo is the leader of SEES and an ally in Persona 4. Representing the Empress Arcana, Mitsuru plays the role of a sort of older sister to her comrades, leading them to fight shadows calmly, intelligently, and with confidence. She enjoys fencing and learning other languages, sometimes even dropping phrases from other languages into regular conversation, and does what she feels is necessary to help her team. Despite her normal confidence while fighting shadows, Mitsuru lacks some social skills, and tends to distrust others. Additionally, the protagonist can become good friends with her through Social Link events, or if the male player character has maxed out the Academics skill, the player can date Mitsuru.
