Pan Tsui

Pan Tsui is a character in Kandagawa Jet Girls. She is the older twin sister of Pan Tina. Vibrant on stage, she is happy with her sister when performing. She is also arrogant and selfish at times like her sister, as shown when she and her sister pressure the association to allow them to use the Kandagawa by stealing someone else's time slot. And then rub it in the face of the two girls they upset (Rin and Misa) while also declaring their previous victory to be nothing but Beginner's Luck. She and her sister often wager giving autographs if they are beaten in a jet race.
