Shes weirdly cute...and a villain in the Courage the Cowardly Dog series. She can materialize in any liquid and uses that to her advantage when trying to seduce Eustace....to eat him. Her plan however fails because Eustace is one of the main side characters, and Courage as the name states, was courageous and saved him. She is also seen again in the series for a game of dodgeball (which she lost..again for the sadness of us all) and was never seen again.
