Raditz

ラディッツ

Raditz is a character from the Dragon Ball franchise. He comes off as cold as distant and is afraid to show his emotions for fear of being ridiculed, especially by Prince Vegeta who mocks him regularly. He is a prideful Saiyan warrior yet he becomes nervous and cowardly when facing very strong opponents, completely opposite of his brother. Despite being the older brother of the main character Son Goku, he doesn't get much attention in the series mainly because Akira Toriyama forgot he existed. Regardless, when he debuted he was the strongest fighter on Earth, even surpassing Piccolo. Raditz came to Earth to recruit Goku into the Frieza Force, and thus his role in the story changed Dragon Ball forever to feature more heavy scifi elements. He is also notable as being one of the only two prominent Saiyans from Universe 7 to still have his tail, the other being Nappa.
