In the beginning of the manhwa, we learn that in her past life, Raeliana was named Park Eunha. She was living in Korea as a young student. She had straight black mid-length hair and brown eyes. She was waitlisted for all the college she had applied to (even though she studied an extra year for the entrance exams, she got average results) and was quite anxious about her future. On the evening of 18 February 2017, she met a strange person on the roof of the library. However, she currently can't remember the face of this person, nor what they talked about. She just remembers that the end of their conversation was "fun". Then, she received a message confirming her entrance in university. She was elated. But suddenly, the stranger, grinning, pushed her off the roof. In her last moment, she thought about her mother and brother, two of her friends and someone saying "You will die young". She closed her eyes but when she opened it, she was in the world of a light novel she had read before. She found out that she reincarnated in Raeliana's body.
