Rei is an exceptionally confident and voluptuous dance instructor. She often puts strong emphasis on her impressive cleavage, but can still maintain a professional demeanor. She's deathly afraid of lightning, and her apartment is filled with charms that Japanese children believe ward away rainstorms. In the tie in Cinderella Girls Theater skits, Rei is admittedly a coward who would like to overcome her fear. She is seen as being very good at quizzes and is a drinking friend of Rena Hyodo, Kaede Takagaki, Shino Hiiragi, and Sanae Katagiri.
