Torino Kazami is a village caretaker who accepts girls who have nowhere to go at a section of the "Mermaid" island. She has outstanding proportions and is adored by the village girls due to her generous and affectionate nature. She sensitively claims to be 17 years old when a topic about age comes up but truthfully, her real age is unknown. she is actually a spy for the watcher. But this is all just a front. In truth, she is one of the watchers. The group would kidnap the girls from their families, and abandon them on the island, forcing them to fend for themselves, even though their condition is totally harmless for the most part. They would then send her into a shelter and count on them when they were at their lowest point. Basically creating her own little cult of personality to help then tighten their control over the kidnapped girl who might otherwise try to find a way off the island or fight back against their tormentors. Though seemingly a very kind and caring person, Kazami's personality is that of a fox. She is presented as a very cunning and observant character, and prioritizes her well-being over everything else.
